Originally born and raised in Varna, Bulgaria and now a proud Mainer, Mariya is fortunate to have an authentic understanding of both what seasoned locals desire and what newcomers are looking for in their future home. With several years dedicated to entrepreneurship and customer relations, Mariya has developed a uniquely advantageous skillset. 

Successfully working across a variety of industries, Mariya has a diversified background of real estate, accounting, hospitality, water well drilling, and university studies - she was a top student with a Bachelors in Accounting and Auditing at the University of Economics Varna. 

Drawing on her multilingual abilities (English, Bulgarian, German, and Russian) Mariya conducts both domestic and international business with confidence, joy and ease. Sourced from extensive experience and finely tuned negotiating skills, Mariya consistently delivers quality results with respect, patience, and understanding.
