Change of Association Application

This application is for REALTORS® and Affiliates who currently hold Primary membership in another local Association in Maine, but wish to transfer that membership to the GBAR. Please complete all fields. When filling in the Office Name field, please look for a dropdown match. If you are or have been a member of the National Association of REALTORS ®as a REALTOR® or Affiliate Member in Maine or any other state, you will have a NRDS number. You can search for your NRDS number at nar.realtor or call the office to obtain that information. YOU DO NOT WANT TO CREATE A DUPLICATE NRDS NUMBER. Upon completion of this application, the office will review your information and dues amount for final approval. 

Please note that the GBAR will not charge an application fee, nor charge local dues for a transfer after June 30 of any given year, providing you have paid your state and national dues for that year through your previous Association.

If for whatever reason you are unable to submit the application using this form, or if you encounter difficulties while completing the application, you are always welcome to print out and return a scanned copy to marciabartol@msn.com. Please note that we do not accept cash, checks or money orders in payment.
