When real estate licensees join the Greater Bangor Association of REALTORS®, they pledge to complete a New Member Orientation, Fair Housing Course, and New Member Code of Ethics within 90 days. Please complete your ethics course online here, and a fair housing course here,  and then register for the in-person New Member Orientation, generously sponsored by Great East Title, where you will learn about membership benefits, legal obligations, practical tips, and also get some lessons on how to navigate through Maine Listings. At the conclusion of the program, you will be inducted and receive your REALTOR® pin. We look forward to meeting you!
