When real estate licensees join the Greater Bangor Association of REALTORS®, they pledge to complete a New Member Orientation, Fair Housing Course, and New Member Code of Ethics within 90 days. Please complete your ethics course online here, and a fair housing course here,  and then register for the in-person New Member Orientation, generously sponsored by Treworgy & Baldacci, where you will learn about membership benefits, legal obligations, practical tips, and also get a brief summary of how to navigate through your Maine Listings Portal. At the conclusion of the program, you will be inducted and receive your REALTOR pin. We look forward to meeting you!
