April 8 - 

     "Fair Housing and Civil Rights for Maine Real Estate Agents” - Instructor Lexi Franchi  (Fulfills NAR requirement for Fair Housing course to be completed between 1/1/25 & 12/31/27) - 3 CEUs

      “Easement Essentials: From Identification to Client Education in Real Estate” - Instructor Tom Schoening - 3 CEUs
