New Member Orientation - 1/22/26

When real estate licensees join the Greater Bangor Association of REALTORS®, they pledge to complete a New Member Orientation, Fair Housing Course, and New Member Code of Ethics within 90 days. Please complete your ethics course online here, and a fair housing course here,  and then register for the in-person New Member Orientation, generously sponsored by Treworgy & Baldacci Closing Services, where you will learn about membership benefits, legal obligations, practical tips, and also get a brief summary of how to navigate through your Maine Listings Portal. At the conclusion of the program, you will be inducted and receive your REALTOR® pin. We look forward to meeting you!
