Description

This is a fun, fast-paced capstone course providing information that is relevant to practicing real estate, delivered in a game show format. The questions will cover areas licensees need to be well versed in, and also certain rules and regulations centered on agent conduct and license renewal. This course is appropriate for licensees of all levels. Approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission for 3 CEUs.
