Join us for our January class, hosted in part by Amanda Burke and Fairway Independent Mortgage, In a fun and engaging “game show” experience! Agents will gain an understanding of key concepts in 6 foundational topic areas where they need to be well versed to properly represent their clients. The categories are Agency, Financing and Contacts, Real Estate Commission, Listings, Title and Closing, and Fair Housing. Instructor: Angelia Levesque from The Real Estate Institute of New England.  This class has been approved for 3 credit hours of continuing education by the Maine Real Estate Commission.
