Monét is a prominent real estate broker and professional mariner located in mid-coast Maine.  She is the founder and designated broker of Sell 207, an independent real estate agency in Belfast, Maine. With over a decade of experience, Monet specializes in waterfront properties and uses a "marketing-first" strategy. 

Her career has been deeply defined by her affinity for marketing and she is considered one of the most media-savvy, forward thinking real estate leaders in Maine. 


She will be speaking on topics like:

  • strong storytelling and social content,
  • showing up confidently on camera,
  • how agents can embrace modern marketing strategies, and
